{"id":959,"date":"2020-05-07T18:02:04","date_gmt":"2020-05-07T18:02:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dchintelligence.com\/?p=959"},"modified":"2020-05-07T18:23:38","modified_gmt":"2020-05-07T18:23:38","slug":"proteccion-de-datos-durante-el-estado-de-alarma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dchintelligence.com\/es\/blog\/proteccion-de-datos-durante-el-estado-de-alarma\/","title":{"rendered":"Protecci\u00f3n de datos durante el estado de alarma"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Si sufre un ataque f\u00edsico o inform\u00e1tico y su consecuente brecha de seguridad genera que se vean expuestos datos personales, debe notificarse tanto a la Agencia Espa\u00f1ola de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos como a los interesados siempre que constituya un riesgo para los derechos y las libertades de las personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante tener en cuenta que <strong>la suspensi\u00f3n de plazos administrativos prevista en el Real Decreto 463\/2020 que declara el estado de alarma no afecta a la obligaci\u00f3n de notificar violaciones de seguridad de los datos. <\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe recordar que el <strong>plazo m\u00e1ximo para notificar<\/strong> los incidentes de seguridad a la Agencia Espa\u00f1ola de Protecci\u00f3n de datos es de <strong>72 horas<\/strong> desde que se tiene constancia del incidente.
